Selangor is one of the states in Malaysia with some of the highest real estate prices, along with Penang and the Federal Territory. It’s not impossible, though, to find a nice place that’s also affordable – so we’ve put together this list of properties from NuProp to show you!

The closest grocery store is Econsave Damansara Damai while IKEA, the Curve, 1Utama Shopping Centre and IPC Shopping Centre are all within driving distance. SK Damansara Damai 1, IGB International School and Elc International School are located relatively close. Places of worship (Masjid Al-Muhtadin), sports centres (NPNG Sports Centre) and private hospitals (Damansara Damai Medical Centre) are near as well.
Here they have a volleyball court, a half basketball court, BBQ area, sauna, cafeteria space, laundry and nursery rooms, tadika (kindergarten) room, multipurpose room, meeting room, gym, swimming pool, children’s pools and playground.
